• The promotion applies only to events in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

• Events must be booked by individuals aged 21 and older.

• If the event requires a Certificate of Liability Insurance, it will be the client's responsibility.

• The client is responsible for their event during its operation.

• If the event is canceled or rescheduled, Santo Gusano must be notified at least 2 days in advance. The new date will be subject to availability.

• A minimum space of 6 x 6 feet must be guaranteed for the proper operation of the Santo Gusano experience.

• Santo Gusano reserves the exclusive right to use images and videos captured during the event, whether produced in-house or by third parties, for advertising or promotional purposes. This shall not be considered a violation of the privacy of event participants or guests.

• Our staff is limited solely to the tasks and responsibilities related to the Mezcal Santo Gusano service.

• Santo Gusano is not responsible for any consequences arising from non-compliance with the terms and conditions stated herein.
