From the inspiration of Oaxacan cuisine and the drink of the gods: Mezcal, Santo Gusano Mezcalería was born; a place that exalts the exquisite gastronomy of the state of Oaxaca in a contemporary way.

THE TEMPLE OF MEZCAL
To accompany her exquisite creations, the expert Mezcalier Laura Noguera has designed the mezcal menu with more than 600 labels, thus becoming the “temple of mezcal”, as it is the mezcalería with the largest quantity of mezcals in the world.

Mezcalería Santo Gusano opens its doors to offer its exquisite Oaxacan-inspired cuisine, led by renowned chef José Manuel Baños, originally from Pinotepa Nacional, Oaxaca.
